The hotel had breathtaking lake views, a serene setting, and beautiful sunsets. The room was lovely with a great view of the lake and mountains. The spa and swimming facilities were available, although I didn't use them. The nearby local themed restaurant was a delightful dining option.

The view from the room was impressive, we could see the mountains and the lake perfectly. Plus, the location was excellent, a great spot for a romantic escape. the spa facilities were relaxing and enjoyable.
Our stay turned out to be disappointing. the staff was not friendly, and they showed poor customer service skills.
